Update a customer's billing information

How to update a customer's billing address directly in the admin

The new admin lets you edit a customer's billing address directly, no impersonation needed. Updating a saved payment method still requires logging in as the customer through Unified Order Entry (UOE).

Update the billing address directly

    Go to the Foxy admin

    Go to Customers

  3. 3

    Find and open the customer

  4. 4

    Click their Default billing address to open the Update address panel

  5. 5

    Edit any of: First name, Last name, Company (optional), Phone (optional), Address Line 1 (required), Address Line 2 (optional), Country, Region, City, Postal code

  6. 6

    Under Advanced, Ignore address restrictions bypasses the store's location filtering if needed

  7. 7

    Click Save

Notes

  • Customers can have more than one saved address — use Add address + on the customer record for additional ones

  • This panel does not cover payment methods; see below to update a saved card
