Transaction Folders

How to organize Foxy transactions into custom folders by workflow stage or fulfillment status, and trigger automations like shipping emails when orders move between them.

Folders organize your transactions in the Foxy admin — group them by workflow stage, fulfillment status, or anything else you need, instead of working from one long list.

Steps

    Go to the Foxy admin and open Transactions.

    Click the folder icon at the top of the page to create your first folder. Give it a name and pick a color.

    Create more folders the same way. Once folders exist, they appear in the admin navigation under Transactions.

    Manage folders from that listing: sort them into any order, modify names and colors, or remove folders you no longer need.

    Move transactions between folders as they progress through your workflow.

Notes

  • You can route all new transactions into a specific folder so unprocessed orders start in one place.

  • Moving a transaction into a folder can trigger an automation through the transaction log webhook — for example, moving an order to Shipped can send the customer an email or text via Foxy Automations, Make, or Zapier.
