Delete a user

How to remove a user's record from your store's Users list in the Foxy admin, after revoking their access from Settings > Users.

    In the Foxy admin, go to Settings > Users.

    From the users list, click on desired user.

    In the popup modal, click on Revoke access.

    Click on Delete.

Notes

  • Delete only appears after access is revoked, or once an invitation has expired or been rejected. Deleting removes the record from your store's Users list. It does not delete the person's Foxy account.

  • The notification emails go out when you revoke access (step 3), not when you delete. The removed user gets an email saying their access has been removed, and every other user on the store with full access gets one naming who was removed and by whom. Deleting the record afterward sends no email.

  • To give a deleted user access again, invite them as a new user.
