Add a new user

How to invite a new user to your Foxy admin by email, and what happens once they accept — note that all users currently get full access, with no restricted permission levels.

    In the Foxy admin, go to Settings > Users.

    At the top of the page click on Add user +.

  3. 3

    In the modal window, input user's email address.

  4. 4

    Click the green Send Invitation button.

Invited user will receive an email from Foxy. User must click confirmation link in email to accept invitation. Once link has been clicked, user can input desired password (or no further action will be needed if user already has a Foxy login).

Notes

  • All users added to a store currently have full access — there is no way to restrict a user to specific permissions or areas of the admin.
